Our Mission

Our mission is to be the top-of-mind destination for individuals, doctors, and facilities needing pharmacy/medical supplies in the greater Columbus area. To achieve this goal, Crosby's Drugs Inc and its employees are committed to providing these services through ethical and professional practices. The satisfaction of our customers is our #1 priority.

Our History

Crosby's Drugs was founded in 1954 by Jerome M. Cohen, RPh. He envisioned Crosby's as a pharmacy that would meet the medical and pharmaceutical needs of our patients, all while following family values.

Mr. Cohen passed in 2003, but his family keeps his dream alive. His wife, Sandra, is still very involved in the business, and his daughter, Sherrie Cohen-Merchant, is the President. She runs all day-to-day operations with the help of her husband, Fred Merchant, the CEO. Jerome’s youngest son, Ron, manages all shipments and phone call triage.

Jerome’s children continue to carry on their father’s passion for helping people in need of pharmacy services. The Cohen family supports the community through involvement with the Central Ohio Diabetes Association and many other charitable organizations. Crosby's continues to grow into new areas of the medical field in order to spread Jerome’s mission of helping as many individuals as possible.
